Our Moving Process
about us
A&S Event Services was started at the beginning of 2020 when Ash and Shane noticed, after years of working and volunteering for many events around Kent, a gap in the market for a company to help with events from the early stages, right through to the evaluation at the end. After covering events, we noticed that multiple companies were needed to do the basics from helping organise, to supplying workwear, stewards, audio/visual, through to the clearing up at the end. What we want to do, is be the "in between" company that can save all the hassle of having to remember everything, paying multiple invoices to all different companies, and offer our advice on your event. Not only do we have contacts throughout the UK for specific items/services, we also have our own, in house services we can supply. From supplying a printed Hi-Vis, through to a full audio system, comms, knowledge and everything in between.

Meet the team
Ash Hopper- The 'A' of A&S Event Services.

Ash has been in the entertainment industry since early teens including running a seperate disco/entertainment business. Ash is our go to person when it comes to audio/visual and anything business side or technical related. Ash has also steward across many carnivals across Kent (no where near as many as Shane!)

Shane Scott - The 'S' of A&S Event Services.
​
Shane has been stewarding at events across Kent since the days of school. He is our number one steward due to the fast array of knowledge he has gained over the years. Shane is also the person who deals with the licencing side of the business after knowing the procedures inside out. Shane is also well involved in the pageant side of the business after being involved with Aylesham carnival and Deal carnival. Shane also helps run the Miss European Global Team England and is involved with Miss Stardust UK.
